Rhymes with roam, one of my favorite things to do.
Om is a vague term that’s been used as a revered mantra for many throughout time. It basically means everything – or the GREAT ALL…, however you see that.
You can try it now. Take a long, deep, breath in. Now, from the bottom of your vocal chords, say OOOOOOOooooooooMMMMMMMmmmmm.
Draw this sound out as your breath slowly leaves you on your exhalation.
Let OM rumble out of you.
Do it three times. If you feel silly, that’s okay. Perhaps feeling silly is a good reminder to stop being so damn serious.
It’s in everything you can taste, touch and see. It is not just about what is the most beautiful or pure. It can be dark and dirty.
It is everywhere, energetic frequencies of life, held together by atoms buzzing faster than a death metal guitar player’s fingers.
It’s impossible to fathom, but scientifically measurable all the same.
A space to research, experiment, and learn.
Isn’t that what life is all about- Discovery?
A lab because I’m not here to tell you what to do. How the hell should I know what YOU should do? Sure, I have some ideas, but ultimately, you have to do you.
My wish is to present some ideas that just may hold the answers you need to lead a limitless life, exactly how you want it.

I have a life that I wouldn’t trade in for anything, although it may seem like a dichotomy to many of you.
I’m married to my Once in a Lifetime, for All Time Love, and a mother to grown children who are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside.
During the day, I work as an executive management assistant and trainer for a nonprofit that is working toward a meaningful mission I am passionate about.
Outside of my day job, I’m a total nature freak, bird nerd, doggie mama and crazy plant lady.

Along my path as a coach and trainer, I’ve worked with people from all over the world, for up to several years at a time, and for a variety of reasons.
What I’ve learned is that everyone wants to feel good and live a worthwhile life. At the same time, feeling good and being happy is defined differently for each one of us.
Because of this, there are no canned answers for what you need to do in order to realize your unique dreams.
Even when it comes to healthy eating, there is not just one way to eat healthy. Rather, there are a variety of choices, and figuring out which ones work best for you is oftentimes a practice of trial and error.
Don’t let the idea of trying and failing bother you though. Instead, let’s consider that we are each artists and scientists.
Our tasks are to try out different experiments and modalities in order to finally discover what is going to create the life we have only been able to imagine at this point.
I invite you to roll up your sleeves and take your time in the lab.
