Recipe:
Spinach and Kale mix: a handful (about 1/2 cup)
Banana: 1 medium sized one used here
Peanut Butter: 1 1/2 tablespoons (For taste :p)
Frozen cherries/strawberries: about 1/4 – 1/2 cup
Chia seeds: 1tbsp
Hemp seeds: 1tbsp
Flax seeds: 1tbsp
Ghee butter: 1tsp (A little goes a long way)
about 1/2 a glass of water as well since I like my smoothies a little more liquid, but use whatever fits your tastes best!
